What Is EWOT?  

EWOT sessions involve breathing in high concentrations of pure oxygen from an oxygen concentrator while exercising on a stationary bike. Exercise is key because while working out, an average person can breathe more than 60-70 LPM of oxygen. The system uses a simple high flow mask that is hooked up to an oxygen generator and a medical grade bag which can deliver up to 900 liters of 93 percent pure oxygen.
